    Domestic And International Delivery

    Domestic Shipments Most US shipments arrive approximately 7 to 10 days after finalizing an order. Items are usually shipped by either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail service. UPS shipments have a tracking number and will be available on the website as soon as the package is shipped. Just log into your account.

    International Shipments All international shipments are sent via US Postal AirMail. Most international shipments arrive approximately 14 to 21 days after finalizing an order. We will not ship via ground services.

    If your international package is under 4 pounds (1.82 kg) we guarantee the shipping cost. If it is a package over 4 pounds (1.82 kg) we reserve the right to make an adjustment to the shipping cost if our software doesn't accurately project the real cost. This can occur because a slight weight difference in packaging can make a substantial change in the shipping price. We attempt to resolve these situations by repackaging, but if there is an unsolvable problem, you will be notified long before we ship and no charges are made to your account until you authorize the correct shipping fees. This adjustment is a rare occurance, but it can possibly happen.

    Backorders We maintain a large inventory but occassionally an item is backordered. As soon as we discover a backorder situation, we will make every effort possible to expedite delivery and notify you of the temporary backorder status. If a publication goes on a permanently out of print status you will be notified as soon as possible and no charges will be made to your account if we cannot deliver a product.
